Paul Smith

Chief Executive Officer

Paul is the Chief Executive Officer, responsible for AdJuggler’s growth execution. Before joining AdJuggler he was building innovative go-to-market models that accelerate growth across multiple marketing and sales channels. He worked with numerous marketing executives at clients such as IBM, Avaya, SAP, Cisco, and Nortel, and held several roles including management of the firm’s worldwide Consulting unit, and the launch of its advanced Analytics and Marketing Services units.

Mark Hill

Founder & CTO

Since 2008 serves as Chief Technology Officer. Mark oversaw the development of AdJuggler’s initial software-as-a-service platform, and today manages its expansion into mobile, programmatic selling, and proprietary yield management capabilities. He leads the company’s software development process, architecture strategy, and systems engineering. He brings more than 25 years of advanced computer and network-based application development experience. Mark attended the University of Central Florida, majoring in computer engineering, and subsequently obtained a general diploma in bible studies.

Carl Miller

Vice President, Media Services

Carl is Vice President, Media Services, overseeing AdJuggler’s Exchange Media Program (EMP) and our dedicated account management team that works with customers to improve their use of the AdJuggler platform and the yield they obtain through EMP’s monetization offerings across display, mobile, and video. He brings more than 15 years of product management experience across several software segments, and is PMC-certified in enterprise product management. Prior to joining AdJuggler, Carl was an executive with LucidMedia, a demand-side platform (DSP) acquired by Videology, enabling advertisers and agencies to obtain targeted reach through real-time audience and contextual bidding (RTB). Carl holds B.Arch. from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.

Philip Armstrong

Vice President, Sales & Support

Philip manages AdJuggler’s sales, business development, and account management functions, bringing more than 13 years of experience with SaaS, managing hosting, and related network offerings. Since joining AdJuggler in 2003, Philip has also been personally responsible for acquiring and managing several of the company’s largest and most important publisher, network, and advertiser clients, as well as directing AdJuggler’s international pursuits. Previously, he was a founder and Vice President with digitalNation, a large managed service provider ultimately acquired by NTT/Verio. Philip attended George Mason University, where he majored in marketing.
